A Clean outdoor pool, firm, comfortable beds, lots of breakfast choices

The bathroom looked cheaply patched together and there was urine on the toilet seat when I first went into the bathroom.

The staff was very nice,, and breakfast had some good options. Great location near restaurants gave us plenty of choices.

Cleanliness was disappointing with hairs on beds and odors lingering, bothering our comfort. Room maintenance seemed neglected as well.

This inn is off the beaten path. Needs a thorough cleaning, carpet extracted, mold removed from bathroom tiles, and an overall refreshening

Front desk clerk eating dinner in the dining room when we arrived. Seems hotel staff should eat out of sight of guests.

The shower's water pressure was the hardest and best I have ever had at a hotel or condo. The place was clean and nice. Worth driving off I65 for 15 minutes, and I will definitely stay there again on my way to Florida.

Consider asking for extra charging adapters at the front desk if needed, as room USB ports were lacking.

It was very close to the soccer complex where we needed to be.

Being one of the older Hampton Inns, it was sort of dated. Our tub/shower needed the grout replaced it was beyond cleaning. The kitchen area for breakfast was very small for the size of the hotel. The dinning area was large and nice

Nice room with nice amenities, including refrigerator, microwave, and nice bathroom toiletries. Excellent breakfast selection and it's free! Enjoyed the pool too. Stayed on our way to our final destination and also on the way back. Staff is excellent!! Really a pleasant surprise. Reasonable price too!

The breakfast options were varied and tasty, and we loved the close proximity to both the Cedar Ridge Golf Course and the Cook's Natural Science Museum. Perfect for our group vacation.

The Applebee's in the parking lot was a little iffy late at night - not the hotels fault

The staff were phenomenal! The best by far service at any hotel I've stayed at.

The noise from the hallway. People coming in and out were loud at all hours of the day and night.

Enjoyed the clean room! The cookie night was a sweet surprise, and the ice cream sundae party.

The venue is gorgeous, food is good, wonderful location in the Huntsville area. The staff is very welcoming and courteous, family atmosphere. The room is brand-new and well furnished, comes with microwave, nice bathroom toiletries, including refrigerator. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The services are top-notch, including a nice pool. They provide wake up service and ironing without charge too.
